Adam and Eve

Someone tried to use Adam and Eve to prove Vodou belongs to us ALL. Funny , you see African spirituality and Vodou came together during the African slave trade. People you need to know, you are dealing with Black woman who has not one , but two degrees. Every Black person was not raised in the ghetto. I have not one , but two, really three nationalities , ( African too). So I think differently then the Black women you are use to dealing with.

It is funny that on the post the person commented about slavery. Well the same way women have menstrual cycles because of Eve's sin; to this very day, because of Eve. White people benefit from the African slave trade, to this very day. Whites are still benefiting from slavery. Still benefiting from what they did to the Native people in the Americas.

Now as far as the spirits and Vodou belonging to EVERYONE. There are a few spirits that anyone can serve as long as you keep the RESPECT, like Papa Legba. Some spirits were always spirits and never people. Even within African bloodlines. Some blood is considered "royal". Some people can trace their blood back to a certain spirit or loa. Do you think everyone can serve my father? No,I do, as do my children. He is a minor loa. Now I could write a book on that, lol. But in the Bible love, it teaches of the people making a tower to get to heaven and God destroying it and making them speak different languages, ect... I am able to respect differences in people. But do not try to force the Bible on people and use it to enslave people and twist their African spiritual practices, that were being practiced before the Bible.
