Chakra Balancing
We have seven major chakras that affect multiple things. There is a direct link to emotions / thoughts along with the physical effects that come from our chakras. In order to bring harmony back to your chakras they must be balanced. It helps with anxiety, feeling tired all the time, self esteem, depression, obstacles that we face in life (and tend to find ourselves repeating over and over again) along with a stronger sense of spiritual connection not only with yourself but others. You can also find yourself feeling more energized and saying goodbye to a number of issues if they were initially brought on by the imbalance. Some do it from home but see no difference after the fact - some require more assistance than just a self-balancing. Regardless of what it may be, I'm able to help. I can also sense what was brought on by the imbalance so that you know what to expect in terms of improvement.
